We will be continuing with atoms and moving over to parts of matter.

11/16 finish timeline
11/17 periodic table, review atoms, grade 4-1 DR
11/18 atoms quiz, atom snowflake activity, begin 1-1 on matter (page 4)
11/19 Notes on 1-1, video on measuring mass and volume, DR
11/20 BrainPop on measuring matter, finish up 1-1 stuff

11/23 finish up, Grade 1-1 DR
11/24 Quiz on matter, BN measurement
11/25 Partial day- not planned yet- something fun and science-y :)

Welcome To Science!!!

YAY! We made it through Health and now we get to focus on Science! I know that many students have been patiently waiting for this part of the school year. We will start with a brief science introduction, including scientific method, and move onto Matter and will last until Christmas break.

11/11 Math with variables (to get ready for density equations)
11/12 Begin atoms, read page 82, take notes, complete DR #1-14
